Fencing
The course is suitable for all ages (19+) and does not demand high levels of fitness or muscular development. No previous knowledge is required. However, there is sufficient flexibility for experienced fencers to "brush up" and gain further experience.
What will I do on the course?
This course covers the full range of movements for foil fighting together with tactical instruction.
The sport of fencing is not violent; it contains a high level of intellectual discipline, the mastery of which is very rewarding.

Students should wear loose fitting clothing, preferably track suit and trainers. The basic equipment is supplied by the college.
