BSc (Hons) Network Security Management (Full Time)

Graduates from this course will be able to manage a network and maintain its security. On this practically based course, you will use our excellent laboratory facilities to study key areas such as network operating systems, network management and network implementation.

This course offers a unique opportunity to study specialist security techniques and use real-world networking equipment in a security context. You will use market-leading Cisco security appliances, study ethical hacking techniques, carry out vulnerability analysis, perform penetration testing and use data encryption technology.

This course offers flexibility in the final year, with optional units including areas such as emerging web technologies and cloud computing.
