ALL of our trainers are Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) and Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs)

Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) are the premier technical and instructional experts in Microsoft products, technologies and solutions. To ensure a superior learning experience for our customers, MCTs are the only individuals that Microsoft authorises to deliver training that is based on Official Microsoft Learning Products or Microsoft Dynamics Learning Products for the MCT program.

The MCT community spans more than 140 countries and includes classroom and e-learning instructors, learning consultants, authors, conference presenters and user group leaders. All are united by their passion and talent for helping Microsoft customers and partners realise their full learning potential.

MCTs meet high initial and ongoing certification requirements to ensure that their extensive skills are maintained.

The Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) credential is for professionals who have the skills to successfully implement a Microsoft product or technology as part of a business solution in an organisation. Hands-on experience with a product is necessary to successfully achieve certification. MCP candidates are required to pass a current Microsoft Certification exam that provides a valid and reliable measure of technical proficiency and expertise.

MCP exams are developed with the input of professionals in the industry. The exams reflect how Microsoft products are used in organisations throughout the world. The exams are administered by Prometric, an independent testing organisation with locations worldwide.
