PRINCE2® Practitioner Upgrade

Project managers and other who have a PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate, who want to revise and take the exam to become a qualified PRINCE2® Practitioner.

This final two day module, part of our intensive 5 day PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner course, allows you to revise and take the PRINCE2® practitioner exam.

Attention will be given to practical participation in a case study encompassing the most essential elements of a PRINCE2® project. Participants will explore the relationship between the Business Case and the project to prepare for the practitioner exam on the final day.

The course is accredited through the OGC and based on the 2009 version of the PRINCE2® manual.

• Examination technique and practice

PRINCE2® (Project IN Controlled Environments - version two) is the de facto standard in project management in the UK and internationally across all sectors of industry. It is awarded by the Association of Project Managers Group (APMG).

The practitioner qualification is assessed by a 2.5 hour multiple choice exam paper. All delegates attending the PRINCE2® programmes will receive pre-read materials (before the course); an official PRINCE2® textbook; and relevant workbooks, handouts and assessments. All assessments, administration fees and course materials are included in the cost of the programme.

Please note that the APMG require every candidate's identification to be verified by the examination invigiator. You may be required to produce some photographic identification before being allowed to take the exam.
