The day will include sessions in aperture, shutter speeds,
exposure control, ISO and white balance. It will
also include using the rules of composition to creatively
improve your photography. Don't worry if you don't know what any of
this means yet - most people don't when they come to
us!To begin, we'll recap and expand on all the skills and
knowledge you have acquired from the one day course. We'll all
visit a great nearby location, where we'll take part in an exciting
photo-shoot. You will be given a set brief with specific tasks that
you'll have learnt from the previous day's session. You will have
the course trainer with you and you'll be rolling your sleeves up
and getting 'creative' by putting into practice everything you have
learnt. Practice makes perfect, so this is a great way to become
completely immersed and learn at a deeper level.
We'll then head back to review the images taken, so we can 'ooh'
and 'aah' at your new creative talent. We'll advise, critique, give
additional tips and techniques, ensuring you have the necessary
skills. We'll then be on hand for a Q&A session. Finally, we'll
let you loose on the world, as you will be itching to use
your DSLR, noticing how much your photography skills have been
improved and how confident you feel now.
