examples are: Developing and implementing corporate policy and
strategy. Managing corporate risk. Promoting excellence.
Strategic management of human resources. Improving marketing
strategy. Ensuring long term financial stability. Each candidate
undertakes an induction to the programme and receives individual
tutorial support to help them in their studies. To achieve the
Level 7 Diploma a minimum of 60 credits must be achieved. A Course

potential senior managers critical evaluative skills for their
formal development in this role. Entry Requirements There are no
formal entry requirements, but participants will normally be either
practising or aspiring senior managers with the opportunity to meet
the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them
to benefit from the programme. Teaching & Learning A range of
teaching and learning strategies will be utilised including group
work, lectures, presentations and discussion groups.
