  1. What do you want to learn, change or accomplish? are there any courses for experienced programmers to teach (or refresh) problem analysis and solving skills? This is to enable them to locate and then address problems in their code in a logical, tidy and efficient manner. Perhaps with visualization techniques as part of the process. The sort of training that is probably found in other engineering disciplines.
