To achieve a Chartered Management Institute Award in Management and Leadership, you need to successfully complete at least one unit to a minimum of 7 credits. (Units 6001 – 6008 only) The Award can take as little as 2 to 3 weeks.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.  Assessment is normally through practical work based assignments.  This ensures you minimise time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to your own organisation’s context.  Learners should have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment.
