Aims & ObjectivesTo gain a basic understanding of the concepts, processes, rules, and procedures to be an effective project manager, including an introduction to the project management life cycle, understanding project scope and project scheduling, and identifying what makes a good team.
Target AudienceIf you're working as a PA, EA, Office Manager or in any kind of
Supervisory/Management role and you're required to undertake larger
projects, this course will be perfect to arm you with the skils
required. Alternatively, you may be looking to boost your career
prospects to future employers by giving yourself an added
skillset.
Before undertaking this course it would be advantageous if you
already have experience of working with teams, either in a
professional or voluntary capacity.

This course can be studied online. This means, you have the flexibility to study our Project Management course:
- In centre, with our friendly course advisors available for support and guidance as and when you need it.
- At home or from work – with support via email or telephone during working hours.
- On a blended mix – in-centre for the modules you need help with, at home or from work for those you are gliding through.
