This workshop is held at our five Pitman Training Centres in Scotland. It will teach you how to keep an accurate account of your customers’, colleagues’ or members’ details; target the right audience for mailshots and manage customer relationships by using an Access database.
The seminar covers such issues as;
- Access tables - tables are the most important element to successful database creation – get this right and you are half way there!
- How to query your database - having entered your data, how will you extract the relevant pieces of information?
- Design user friendly forms - asking others who have no Access knowledge to enter data, can cause problems.
- Produce professional reports - poorly presented data becomes a thing of the past.
