"Upon seeing the amount of training material 1-2 days before the course itself, I was really worried and anxious, because I am a slow reader/learner, and it would take a huge amount of time to process all that. Because of this, I originally scheduled my exam around July.

During the course, thanks to Eddie, it became apparent to me that I do not have to know everything by heart, that I should not overread it. Instead, I should keep it high level, and not get lost in details. This, and the course itself of course, gave me...well, the courage to reschedule my exam to next week (27th of March).

It was also helpful that he took his time to explain certain things to me, that I did not understand due to English not being my native language.

ITIL 4 takes you through a more evolved view of a Service Value System, which provides a holistic end-to-end picture of what it really means to contribute to business value, and also integrates concepts from models such as Lean IT, Agile and DevOps.

The course is designed as an introduction to ITIL 4 and enables you to understand a new way to look at IT Service Management through a Service Value System.
This Foundation level course is the first course to be introduced by AXELOS in the new ITIL 4 certification scheme. The Foundation course is a mandatory requirement for all other levels.
