This course explores the role of the leader and the links to the team and the organisation. The session will look at leadership styles and help you to identify your own leadership style and ways in which you can develop by learning from others. We will also look at factors which influence the choice of leadership styles or behaviours in workplace situations and their effect on individual and group behaviour.
