Phil McKew
This course comes out of the classroom and into the real world in a very hands on way using delegates real issues. Faciliators draw heavily on both your and their own experiences of the joys and challenges of on-the-job training.
The course is often attended by managers, supervisors or professionals with a training element to their role as well as trainers who design and/or deliver training on site at the learners' desk, lab, hotel or shopfloor. Experience ranges from those totally new to training to those with more experience whod like a recap.
The benefits of the event are best expressed by some recent delegates who said they felt a lot more confident and clear on how to use the on job environment more fully to help learners go through the learning cycle and apply learning to the job. As one delegate said to me last time after all if youre learning on the job the chances of applying it to the job are very high if you get it right !
