IBM Tivoli Storage Manager 5.5 Operations

Prerequisites:

Course Description:

In this instructor-led training course, you will learn to perform the day-to-day functions and tasks that are required for operating and maintaining IBM Tivoli Storage Manager 5.5. These tasks include managing storage pool volumes, preparing removable media, creating reports, monitoring TSM events, and protecting the TSM database, recovery log, and client data. You will learn how to create automated schedules that can be customized to maintain your organizations Tivoli Storage Manager environment. This course is delivered through lectures and lab exercises.
