Course Summary:
This ten-week course is aimed at anyone wishing for a more in-depth introduction to the digital photographic process. From camera preparation, metering, aperture, shutter speed and focal length to downloading to a computer and subsequent manipulation in Photoshop.
This course is suitable for anyone interested in Photography in general or those interested in taking things further. Nescot College will be running several Photography courses that students could undertake afterwards or Adult Learners may express an interest in the Foundation Degree in Photography.

- Shutter speed and movement
- Focal length and perspective
- Framing, composition & camera angle
- Photoshop
Adjusting brightness, contrast, colour and image size; creating selections; exploring retouching techniques; assembling a stitched panorama and converting to black and white.
