- Design principles and application for construction and the built environment Level 4
- Science and materials for construction and the built environment Level 4
- Structural analysis and design Level 5
- Site surveying procedures for construction and the built environment Level 4
- Engineering geology and soil mechanics level 4
- Group project in the construction industry Level 5

Students must have ONE of the following:
- At least 2 'A' Levels at 'A2', one in a related subject area
- BTEC Diploma or Extended Diploma in Civil Engineering or a BTEC Diploma in Construction
- Advanced Diploma with relevant Principal or Additional and Specialist Learning (ASL)
- International Baccalaureate
Mature students with appropriate industrial experience are welcome to apply.
