This product does not have fixed starting dates and/or places.
Description
This qualification is designed to be assessed in the workplace, or in conditions resembling the workplace.
Students must demonstrate through a portfolio of evidence that they meet the relevant standards, and show that they have the required competencies.
In further education or training situations, the assessment is occasionally achieved through 'realistic workplace simulations'.
All students must be employed in the industry plus have ONE of the following:
- 5 GCSE's at Grades A*-C, including English, Maths and Science
- Completion of a level 2 construction qualification
Adults 19+ who have industry experience but do not have the necessary qualifications are welcome to apply.
