MakeWay is an international human capital development and management consultancy firm. Our globally recognised business change accredited courses (such as PRINCE2, Business Analysis, Cyber Security and Lean Six Sigma) are to ensure the effective management of change.

As part of our management consulting services, we assist with the implementation of some of the change management models that we teach in order to meet the client’s specific circumstances and requirement. Thus, providing value for money spent on training. For example;

• guidance for Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable benefits;
• the embedding of PRINCE2 or other project management methodology in line with the respective company's unique and specific ways of working.

MakeWay conducts training in the technical (hard) skills as well as the business (soft) skills. We believe that although the technical skills can get one noticed and recruited, the soft skills are essential in keeping one on the radar (or in the job). So our leadership and management courses, effective communication as well as various other soft skills help to make the technical training effectual.
