- Setting up, installing, configuring and troubleshooting all network components.
- Networking design, models, topologies, Infrared wireless networking and Bluetooth, networking media and connectors, The OSI Model, WAN, Dial up and ISDN and network connectors.
- Remote access and remote desktop protocols, P2P tunnelling protocol, authentication protocols, Kerberos, Network OS, clients, UNIX, Linux, Mac OS, AppleShare IP etc.
- Physical and logical security, auditing, firewalls, proxy servers, intranet, extranet.
