Certificate in Front Office Operations

With the London Olympics fast approaching more and more hotels are opening in London and the surrounding areas. This is the great opportunity to obtain the relevant skills required to gain employment within this ever-expanding industry. A Certificate in Hotel Management is all about providing the required skills to our students and introducing them to the exciting world of hospitality.

Front Office: Individuals will develop the knowledge and skills required to manage and supervise departmental processes and procedures within regulatory requirements.

Classes for all of the modules in Hospitality will include students taking part in theory, case study and scenario-based practical workshops. Students are also encouraged to gain employment within the industry to further enhance and supplement their growing knowledge within the field.

Assessment: Students will sit an internal end of course exam.

Entry Criteria: 18 years and over. No formal entry criteria.
