We will focus on a physical (Hatha) practice to benefit all areas of the body, mind and spirit. Learners will explore the many postures and their benefits, and experience improved mobility, strength, suppleness, better breathing habits, recognise and practice relaxation, improve their ability to balance and concentrate.
