Please complete the attached " Health and Fitness Questionnaire" and inform your tutor verbally if you have any health concerns. Please bring the completed questionnaire to your first class. You are asked to complete this questionnaire once a year.
Learner & Entry Requirements:
Suitable for those used to Pilates style classes or who have been taking exercise regularly. Comfortable clothing, which is easy to move in.
General & First Session:
Comfortable free-moving clothing (e.g. tracksuit pants, tights, leotards and t-shirts). No shoes required. Mats are provided, but you may use own mat if preferred. Do not purchase a mat specifically for the course until after the first class. …

Course Aim & Objective:
Using Pilates and with the introduction of smaller equipment to tone the deep muscles which support the spine.
Assessment:
The tutor assesses individual progress and answers any questions that may arise.
Course Syllabus:
Pilate's technique and exercises that work the whole body in a controlled, calm, safe and effective way following on from the beginners class with deeper work on the stability muscles of the spine, and introduction of small equipment for further challenges.
