IT user skills are fundamental skills for those in employment in all sectors, with around 77% of the UK’s 27 million workers using IT as part of their daily work.

Qualification

Apprenticeship for IT Users (OCR Level 2 Diploma for IT Users)

Course Content

Candidates will work for an employer, with visits and individual support in the workplace from an Assessor/Co-ordinator, plus weekly attendance in college for taught sessions in a variety of IT skills.

Taught sessions include:

  • ITQ Office skills (ECDL)
  • Web Design
  • Graphic Design
  • Photography and image editing.

Key Skills or Functional Skills.
