Illumine's Speed Reading E-learning course has now been launched. Based on the face to face training courses that have been highly effective since 1996, and on the book, 'The Extraordinary Reader', by Clive Lewis and Anthony Landale. The course focuses on:

• how to read faster AND improve comprehension
• how to retain and recall the important information
• providing a strategy that can be applied to all (non-fiction) reading

The course is highly practical and is equally valuable for students and busy executives who are challenged by the ever growing volumes of information they need to read.

In developing this course we have focused on making it practical, providing really valuable techniques that will help you to read much faster and understand better and remember more. The course is broken down into short modules with a range of exercises and videos to accelerate your learning.

The course includes the following modules:

Benchmarking - we will look at your attitude to reading and your beliefs as well as your current speed and comprehension levels.

Remembering what you read - this is not a memory course, but we WILL show you the key things you need to know to ensure that you remember whatever you need to.

How the eye works - this forms the basis of how to read faster. We will show you how the eyes really move when you are reading - and what the consequences of this are. And then we will give you clear advice that will get you reading much faster, quickly.
