What does the course include?
ITQ is a nationally recognised qualification developed by e-skills UK in partnership with employers and the Learning and Skills Council (LSC). Training can be delivered in bite sized chunks to suit the practical needs of the individual or business.
A recent study by the NHS revealed the effect of undertaking IT user training has marked improvement in their staff efficiency in terms of time saved per day equating to an average 35 minutes per staff member. This leads to a more productive and motivated workforce.
This course is no concessions, and requires a telephone interview.

What do I need to get on this course?
There are no formal qualifications are required. However, you may be asked to take an initial assessment. You may also qualify for accredited prior learning, thus shortening course time if you already have IT experience and/or IT qualifications.
How will I be assessed?
ITQ attainment can be incorporated into the working day employees can be assessed in their workplace. Any IT related work completed in the workplace can be assessed and may count towards unit points for the ITQ qualification.
Where does it lead?
You can progress onto other IT related qualifications.
