You will study a range of units in computer networking, working towards the Cisco CCNA qualification.
The course is designed for those intending to work as systems support technicians in the IT industry.
You will study the ICT Systems and Principles for IT Professionals (PROCOM) Level 3 Extended Diploma which includes:
- Maintenance of IT Equipment and Systems
- Customer Support
- Hardware Installation Systems
- Networking
- CCNA Semesters 1 – 4

What do I need to get on this course?
