Course Content: A2 Level We look at the whole of the Tudor reign and all the rebellions that take place under the Kings and Queens during one hundred years of history. This is two modules in one: a. This module is from 1815 to 1871 and the German unification b. This is research undertaken by the students themselves.
Assessment Method
Year one: Exam in January 1 1/2hours Exam in June 1 1/2hours Year two: Exam in January 2 hours Exam in May/June with two exams each 2 hours
Progression
Students may use this A-Level to progress onto a wide range of university courses, including both history - related courses and more general courses including journalism, economics and law.
