New to the Scaled Agile Framework®?

Leading SAFe® offers an introduction to the foundations of SAFe and provides the principles and practices to confidently drive your Lean-Agile transformation. This two-day course and resulting certification equip you with the guidance and tools to build a culture of resiliency and a shared language that engages employees and focuses on customers so that organizations can work with agility at scale.

After this course, you will have a good understanding of both the principles and practice, with the Framework supporting Lean-Agile Programmes, Agile Scaling, Lean-Agile Program Portfolio Management, and Leadership in Scaling. In short, forming a complete Agile Enterprise.

Leading SAFe® answers the questions:

• What is SAFe?
• What is business agility and how does SAFe support it?
• How does an organization get started with the Scaled Agile Framework®?

OBJECTIVES

• How to realize the benefits of SAFe, including:
  • How to establish Team and Technical Agility and organize around the flow of value
  • How to align massive organizations around clear, common objectives
  • How to participate successfully in critical SAFe events, such as PI Planning
  • How to adopt a customer-centric mindset

AUDIENCE

The course is intended for people who are heavily involved in scaling up agile within the organisation. This include executives, managers, consultants, Lean-Agile Leaders and Agile change agents. But anyone who will be working in the context of this framework is recommended to take this course, to be able to place the totally different way of working, and get a common framework of concepts.

CERTIFICATION

The SAFe Agilist certification exam is included in this course:

• Duration: 90 minutes
• Number of Questions: 45 (Questions are structured in a multiple-choice, single-select format)
• Passing Score: 80%
• Delivery: Web-based, closed book, no outside assistance
• Languages available: English, Japanese, S-Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German

To get the certificate, it is important that the participant successfully completes the online exam after the training. For this, participants have 30 days after receiving the link. Upon successful completion of the exam, the participant will receive the SAFe Agilist (SA) certificate.
