Scaled Agile Framework® 4.6: Release Train Engineer (RTE)
"group activity timing is bad, not enough time to complete, sharing time to small to be usefull, fortunatly trainer adapted. still little value from exercise due to too short time to complete." - 16-11-2019 00:00

"Good explanation of the role of the RTE. Anand and Dwayne did a good job with involving the attendees and keeping connected. The opportunity to exchanging experiences with other (candidate) RTE is a key element in this trainining.
Facilities and catering were good.
The focus of the training is Program and Team level, missing the connections with portfolio level in the training. I think a lot are suffering with the lean budgetting part." - 15-11-2019 00:00

"Excellent trainers, good pre-communication of the course, nice to combine training with the RTE summit, location Amsterdam ok, food and drinks on the first day not as good as excepted but you quickly act on the given feedback so the second and third day it was perfect. There was only one big annoyance and that was the number of attendees of the training. The room wasnt fit for such a huge audience. You couldnt sit comfortably. I strongly recommend to downsize this by 6 persons (one table island) for any future training." - 15-11-2019 00:00

"The trainer was excellent - knew the content inside and out, and brought his significant experience to the class. Could improve screening students, as we had a significant number of students who were brand new to SAFe. This made learning a little more challenging. The third day the instructor broke out the class by experience for the exercises which helped. Also, the registration process was a bit confusing, as I was registering using USA currency, but the indicator showed UK flag. This caused confusion and I almost did not register as I was uncertain of the cost." - 07-10-2019 00:00

"I liked the interaction with all attendees. I would like to trim some extra unnecessary exercises and focus on actual material that would help in real life as well as Test." - 03-10-2019 00:00

"1. The course structure and the training is for current RTEs who would like to get SAFe certified. This is currently not tailored for the members who arent working as RTE and who would like to move to that role." - 02-10-2019 00:00

"The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and provided interactive and engaging exercises for the class. There were a lot of attendees who did not meet the minimum requirements for the class, which dragged down the overall conversation and experience. The instructor did his best to improve the remainder of the class for the more experience attendees." - 01-10-2019 00:00

"I enjoyed this class and though Yuval was an exceptional trainer. He encouraged active participation and utilized multiple formats/training tools on the fly to fit the classess needs. In contrast, the extreme knowledge/experience gap in the class was the biggest challenge and the most frustrating part of the training. Yuvals improvising helped to mitigate problem each day, but I wouldve gotten more out of the class from Day 1 if all participants had the required prerequisites and experience. This should be enforced when registering for the class." - 30-09-2019 00:00
