This is an examination-based course which gives delegates accreditation to the Managing Successful Programmes Foundation Level. The course equips delegates with a detailed knowledge of the MSP method including an understanding of the documentation to be produced during a full programme lifecycle. The course will also focus upon ensuring that benefits are realised and buy-in from stakeholders is planned and managed.
