The course will give you an insight in the
architecture of EuroPacketCable Multimedia, and
more specific in architectures with QoS unaware
clients. It explains how QoS is set up in the cable access
network and covers in detail other aspects of the standard such as
event messages and security on interfaces.
What can you expect?
- Understand the architecture of EuroPacketCable Multimedia.
- Understand the establishment of QoS within the cable access network.
- Understand event messages for interfacing with e.g. billing systems.
- Have an insight in the security mechanisms on the various interfaces.
- Benefit from the hands-on experience of the Excentis’ EuroPacketCable Multimedia certification testing.
