Climate Impact Forecast Training

Trying to make a positive impact in the world is hard for young businesses, not least because who's to say what a positive impact really is? 

With relatively little data and a very short amount of time, the Climate Impact Forecast (Cif) tool can generate a measurement of your climate impact. Working as a "fast and dirty" Life Cycle Assessment, the Cif compares your product or service to the basline solution (i.e. the current norm) in order to measure potential impact.

This information can be invaluable to start-ups and product designers who want to:

• check the impact of your idea: Is it really more sustainable? It is not always easy to tell and the Cif can answer that question for you before you get too far into product development
• understand how to make your idea greener: Cif shows you the carbon impact of every stage of your assessment so you can see which points might need improvement
• report to investors: Cif generates an use-to-understand report with the key information about the impact of your idea

Event, Workshop and Meeting Facilitation

Time is precious and gatherings should never feel useless or uninspiring.

As a facilitator I can help, especially when:

• meetings/ workshops have begun to lack focus, efficiency, purpose
• not all participants are engaging/ being heard
• your team is facing a challenge, a change or a big development and you’re not sure how to navigate it
• all team members need/ want to actively participate and immerse themselves in the activity, therefore the gathering needs an external leader to guide the participants and the agenda

Guided and supported by an impartial facilitator, team members are free to create, learn, connect, and focus on the shared goal.
