EEF has developed a certificated course, which provides practical tuition, guidance and knowledge, to support the role and function of RoES.
How is the Representatives of Employee Safety course structured?
It is designed to enable individuals to communicate and consult with their employer, on behalf of those they represent, regarding changes affecting health and safety and to ask appropriate questions. It will help RoES contribute towards better health and safety management in their company.
The course is delivered over a total of three days either en bloc or in one-day modules. Delegates are assessed at the end of the course and a nationally recognised certificate issued to successful ca…
