  • Planning – reviewing the key elements in an effective plan. The importance of dependency, critical path, milestone identity and the use of relevant charts to illustrate these and other important factors
  • Monitoring – obtaining and using accurate and reliable information to track progress and take decisions
  • Project teams – the skills and behaviours required by team members and the role of appropriate leadership
  • Completion – how should the project results be handed over to the end user?
