To begin with, you'll develop skills to identify problems and formulate solutions in software design, development and engineering, design and development of databases, and other general computing areas. You'll also gain in-depth expertise and skills as you apply your knowledge to your chosen specialisation, and plan, monitor and manage both group and individual projects. Through your optional one year work placement, you'll learn the processes involved in bringing a project to completion, as well as communication, teamwork and reporting skills. What's involved This course is studied on a part-time basis. With the support and guidance of our tutors you will develop an individualised programme of study that best suits you. To find out more about part-time possibilities please contact us using the enquiries button. You'll learn through a combination of lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions and independent study. This course can also be studied with a year-long supervised work experience placement, either part or full-time.
