Edeva Solutions was formed when two travelling troubleshooters met on a client's site in Taunton. One was there to sort out IT problems, the other overall corporate performance. With a trouble shooting background, we are very experienced at identifying when organisations haven't got their IT quite right. With most small and medium sized businesses, it is especially important that solutions mix a lot of common sense with solid foundations.

We always develop an, albeit brief, IT strategy for our clients which supports the future direction(s) of your business - this ensures our clients know what critical business events (e.g. user numbers exceed 50; 5% customers want to browse on-line rather than receive paper catalogues) will trigger reviews of their IT.

We provide infrastructure, network management, applications, user training and most importantly (so we have been told), we discourage businesses from changing for the sake of change or because something is "in"!
