This one-day training helps you develop practical facilitation techniques that make every Scrum event and Agile meeting more engaging, productive, and valuable. You’ll learn how to balance structure and flow, involve all voices, handle conflict constructively, and guide discussions toward shared outcomes. We’ll cover proven patterns for Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Scrums that you can immediately apply in your teams.

You’ll leave the training with a facilitation toolkit, hands-on experience, and the confidence to lead any group toward clarity and results.

This training is for

You recognise yourself in one or more of the following situations:

  • You facilitate Scrum events but struggle to keep energy and focus high
  • You notice recurring conflicts or disengagement during team discussions
  • You want to improve collaboration and decision-making across your team
  • You’re looking for tools and techniques to make meetings more effective
  • You want to strengthen your confidence as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Product Owner

This training is designed for Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and anyone responsible for leading Agile meetings or workshops.

What you will do during this training

  • You’ll explore what effective facilitation looks like in Agile environments
  • You’ll learn to design and lead structured, engaging Scrum events
  • You’ll practise real facilitation techniques and receive peer feedback
  • You’ll learn to manage tension, balance participation, and build consensus
  • You’ll gain ready-to-use frameworks and templates for immediate application
  • Note: course material and exam are in English. The training is delivered in English (can be provided in Dutch if all participants agree).
