Introduction to Microsoft Project

This is a Microsoft Academy course that covers use of the Microsoft Project program.

Learning is spread over two days.

Day 1:
Create and define projects
Work with estimates and dependencies
Work with deadlines, constraints and task calendars
Work with resources

Day 2:
Customise and format Microsoft Project Views
Analyse resource utilisation
Track progress
Create project reports that analyse project resource and task data
Manage multiple projects

You learn through a series of practical activities, lecturer demonstrations and workbook exercises.

You gain confidence in the Microsoft Outlook program as well as gaining industry-standard IT skills.

You can progress to other courses in the Microsoft Academy curriculum, as well as using this qualification to progress your career and improve your job prospects.
