About This Course:This is a nationally validated award providing an insight into the rules, responsibilities and duties performed by the different parties in the industry - as well as a basic knowledge of construction techniques, materials, building services and contract procedures.
What You Need:• Three subjects at Standard Grade in Maths, Science or English, OR
• An alternative equivalent qualification, OR
• Suitable work experience.
