Aims:

This course is intended as a stand-alone module that covers the full application of specialised PMD within a warehousing environment. It aims to enable those attending the course to quantify and apply the appropriate should-take times to work carried out within operational warehousing areas in a detailed and analytical fashion. The application of these detailed times will provide an independent baseline or benchmark for the comparison and quantification of operational warehousing processes within the work area. It is expected that those attending this course will be fully conversant with the application of process analysis or have will have attended the PMD Mapping and Analysis module.
