Full Description:

The course is made up of 12 units of study including Preparing for Work, Learning from Workplacement, Working in Business and Administration, Communicating Electronically, Making and Receiving Calls, Handling Mail, Creating Business Documents, Recording Business Transactions, Supporting Business Meetings and a Business Administration Group Project.

In addition you also study for a further qualification - BTEC Award in Personal and Social Development which includes Managing Money, Understanding Personal Identify, Healthy Lifestyles, Managing own Personal Risk and Exploring the Impact of Diversity in Communities.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT
