This full-day session provides a clear and practical look at how Artificial Intelligence is influencing Workforce Management. You will work with AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI in the context of forecasting, staffing, and operational decision-making. The training blends theory with real situations from contact centers so you can see how these techniques apply in practice. Ger Koole and Elena Garlati lead the training, which aims to give WFM professionals the understanding and confidence to use AI methods in their own work.

Practical details
The training takes place on 25 March during working hours in the Netherlands, the fee is €750 (excl. VAT), and participants receive a certificate.
