This course is based on the 2009 edition of the PRINCE2 Manual: Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE.
After a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 years from initial accreditation, registered PRINCE2® Practitioners are required to sit and pass the Re-Registration Examination in order to retain their certification. The examination is similar to the Practitioner examination but is shorter – 3 questions instead of 9 and lasts one hour. Failure to pass the Re-Registration examination, after 5 years as a registered Practitioner, will result in withdrawal of the certification.

Already qualified PRINCE2® Practitioners who wish to renew their accreditation by taking the Re-Registration examination.
This two-day course provides delegates with an extremely useful
overview of the latest version of PRINCE2® guidance and introduces
delegates to the structure and content of the ‘objective testing’
format now used in the Registered Practitioner examinations. The
course includes working through sample questions in preparation for
the examination.
The Examination:
The Re-Registration
examination lasts one hour and is taken on the afternoon of Day 2.
The examination paper contains three questions in four different
multiple choice question formats, addressing three different
aspects of PRINCE2®. It is an ‘open book’ examination. A pass
mark of at least 55% is required in order to maintain Registered
Practitioner status. Registration will be valid for five years from
the examination date.
