CISCO EXPLORATION CCNA2

The Cisco Network Academy is a programme of study that prepares candidates for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exams.

CCNA 2: Developing practical skills in routing theory and router technologies, including router configuration, security, protocols and an introduction to LAN switching.

How you will gain the qualification

Classes are based upon the multimedia online curriculum supplied by Cisco, which is supported by tutor-led teaching and practical lab sessions. Each of the four semesters (CCNA1-4) are assessed by theory and practical finals, through an online theory assessment and an in-house practical assessment.

What qualifications you need

5 GCSEs (Grade A* to C) in appropriate subjects (Maths and English Language preferred).

This is an advanced level course and candidates would benefit have some knowledge and experience with computers and/or hardware and software.

If you wish to enter as a mature student, but do not possess the relevant qualifications, your application will be sympathetically considered.
