This short course is held at our Orpington Campus and includes units on the following:
- How the body works
- How to improve your diet
- An introduction to exercise and fitness

This short course runs one day per week for four weeks. The course begins 30 April and runs until 21 May. Classes are Tuesdays from 9.30am-4pm.
