The Team

Will has extensive knowledge of training and client development and helped build his previous training company into a 24-strong team. He is responsible for client relations at Bluewood where he aims to deliver the best service in the market. He describes his job as exciting and limitless and says "you can never do too much for a client."

Gemma spent a number of years overseeing operations at a market-leading training company. Having delivered training for a wide range of clients, from AIM listed companies to charities, she works to ensure that Bluewood's sessions have all the right ingredients - including the very best trainers – to get the right results for Bluewood's clients. She says her role is "varied, testing and very rewarding."
