Dreamweaver is a sophisticated web page development application that is widely used by professional web developers. This course will introduce the program and covers how to create simple web pages, insert images, use tables and behaviours, and link together pages into a complete site. On Completion of the courses learners will be able to develop static web pages, preview their work and manage their files. What qualifications or experience do I need ? There are no formal entry requirements, a basic understanding of computer software and file management and HTML is useful. What will I study ? Covers all of the basic HTML and Dreamweaver functionality used to create simple web pages including: * Format and control text * Insert internal and external links * Insert graphics * Create tables * Insert behaviours * Create and validate forms * Manage multiple sites How will I be assessed ? There are no examinations on this course. A certificate of completion and attendance can be provided if required What can the course lead to ? After successful completion learners can move onto more advanced web development courses such as developing dynamic database driven web applications on the Web Database course.
