Digital Photography Improvers

Discover a more creative approach to photography with this improvers’ course in digital photography.

The course covers camera settings, the aperture and the shutter metering compensation and white balance. You create projects to demonstrate knowledge and application of composition. You also use cameras and software to extend your image manipulation skills.

You will learn with guidance from the tutor working in pairs and groups and on your own projects. This includes a set brief so you can work towards a portfolio of imagery.

You gain an improved knowledge of digital camera settings and editing techniques and a sharper understanding of photography visual skills and photographic history.

There are no entry requirements but you do need your own camera and basic computer skills. If you haven’t done a course already you might want to look at our digital photography beginners’ course.
