Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (QCF)

Introduction

Licensing Law in England and Wales states that anyone who sells or authorises the sale of alcohol to the public must hold a personal licence. The BIIAB APLH course covers everything you need to know to pass the qualifications exam and apply for your personal licence.

What Will I Learn

The BIIAB APLH covers the syllabus set by the governemnet to enable candidates to understand the law.

• Role and Legal resposibilities of the personal licence holder, and the penalties relating to fail

How Will I Be Assessed?

A full day of training followed by a short multiple choice exam of 40 questions.

Working or intending to work in the hospitality and catering environment
