This product does not have fixed starting dates and/or places.
You will be shown different methods and techniques to prepare
and cook ingredients. There will be plenty of time to practice and
experiment during the course.
The content and outcomes of the course will be discussed with you
and may be adapted to meet your needs and those of the group. As a
guide by the end of the day you should be able to:

This course is designed to promote safe and sustainable practices
for you and others. It is for anyone who enjoys cookery and would
like to learn new techniques and skills.
What is your approach?
There will be a series of practical demonstrations followed by
student practical when you will be able to prepare and cook the
demonstrated dishes.
You will have the opportunity to maintain an Individual Learning
Record and your tutor will discuss your progress and achievement
with you throughout the course.

What will I need?
A list of ingredients will be sent to you ten days before the
course.
A sharp knife and an apron or overall
Notepad and pen
Please bring packed lunch/refreshments for the day. A drinks
machine is available.
